I've got a smoker, Frederich, but a second one wouldn't hurt. As far as
chopping the meat for burger, I was tending to want to avoid that, because
while I have a meat grinder, I can't find it right now, and hand chopping
meat to that consistancy is pretty labor intensive. If, however, someone
else has a meat grinder that they'll bring, this opens up the possibility of
sausages, and I'll bring some casings.

Baclava? I thought that was honey, nuts and phyllo pastry. Where would the
lamb fit in? And, would it be period?
