Scribal error. Grill a larded chateaubriand studded with black truffles.
Slice, feed the overdone outside slices to Stubby the Dog, and serve
with foie gras butter, perfect mahagony-shaded pommes Parisienne, and
stewed peas that were growing in Ras's garden less than an hour ago.
Serve with a good Belgian Wit beer, or perhaps a Beaujolais Nouveau, or
let Ras recommend something from his collection.
