Hey, cool!!!

Let me think about this for a minute. I'm trying to remember if I've
ever heard anything _quite_ so idiotic before. Hmmmmmmmmm. Nah, I guess
not. Although the claim that all medieval depictions of the color pink
are really faded reds comes somewhat close, I guess.

Now, there are some cases where the word "fry" is actually used to
denote a process along the lines of sauteeing, but that's not quite the
same blanket, joyous, glorifious worship at the holy shrine to ignorance
as the claim they didn't fry things in the middle ages.

So, um, why didn't they fry things in the Middle Ages? I'm all agog to
know! This person was obviously trying to educate you, Mistress! Don't
hold out on us!

Seriously (or semi-seriously), though, I guess the problem is that if
one advertised for judges for an A&S competition, and stipulated that
idiots need not apply, everyone would automatically assume you were
referring to somebody other than themselves.

Adamantius (What, me, an idiot???)
