sorry if this is a duplicate post, my server seems adverse to rain, so I am
not sure it posted the first attempt.

Many Thanks Lord Ras
I was not trying to hurry your redaction, having read, with copious amounts
of salivating, your menu, recipes and accounts of your "Ladies" feast.

I was hoping you would not mind if I web my transcription of the original,
and my translation , so that others may access the reference as well.

PS. Sunday afternoon was cool and rainy (so much for gardening) so I spent
my time Rumpolting. I should have a good selection of transcribed and
translated (but NOT redacted) recipes on my web site later this week. (and
several others also mention "put X in the pepper (sauce) and simmer...)
I will look forward to trying your interpretation/redaction later this week,
but don't rush on my account. (Though it is barely 8:00 am here, and you
have made me hungry already ;-)
