I think the whole butchering the pig class/demo and cooking one for the
list night is a great idea. I would be willing to help out for a couple of
hours during the day of cooking if I am needed, and of course donate money
for the pig meat.
I have been around when we have killed steers and pigs, but they had been
carted off to the butchers/processing so I missed that part.
I have assisted in killing and skinning rabbits.
