    As it happens, I just finished making a batch of Icelandic lichen =
bread, a traditional Icelandic flatbread made from a mixture of rye =
flour, wheat flour and Iceland moss, which isn=B4t a moss at all, but a =
type of lichen and a very important part of our diet for the last 1000 =
years, although not very common nowadays.
    Anyone from the rock crowd want recipes?
