Thanks for the suggestion about the Grape leaves, and Hummus etc. I'll admit
it sounds good, but is it period? I kinda wanted to stay as period as
possible on it. 
I was thinking of bringing a Roast beef. have it sliced, and serve it cold
with  a  suace or two? What sauces could be served cold/Room temp with it?
Anyone have an Idea/ Suggestion?
