Yes, I think I would, if you are looking for a general herb and spice book
with lots of good pictures. It is much better done than many similar glossy
ingredients books, informative and easy to use. What I particularily like
about it, though, and what most other books don´t have, is the middle
section on ethnical cuisines of the world and what spices and flavorings are
used where.
