Thanks for the info everyone. I shall have a go with the semolina. One of my
guinea-pigs, oops, I mean friends, is coming to dinner Friday so I shall try
and do some pasta for then.

PS The Beltaine Fair I went to Saturday was held in the ruins of St Andrews
castle overlooking the sea. My first event in a real medieval setting -
majorly cool! Sadly the feast was in a local community hall, but it was very
nice, and the three salmon they served were HUGE.
