I think that not a few of us are disappointed because only those who have 
paid to attend a college  get to use it without a fee. A fee which, I might 
add is well out side of the budget of those not in university who need the 
knowledge it contains. The horror of knowing that  knowledge is being denied 
people because they  are financially distressed is not one that can be easily 
set aside.
