Christianna, 

Unless Alia Atlas has redacted and webbed enough of her recipes, you
won't find anything.  That's why some of us are working on German
sources.  Can you find out what they are looking for?  I'll check mine to
see if I've gotten the ones done that you want.  I don't work on it often
enough, and it's more translation  than redaction.

I have some modernized recipes from a German book, but not the originals.
 Some good food, but how period do they want it?
