Milord,

I have never prepared grape leaves for food, although I have cut off my
fair share when trimming my grape vines. In your other posts you have
answered all my questions save one (I have revised this note 3 times!):
Are there any period sources regarding preparing fresh leaves?

I am very interested in trying to use them. My grape vines have been
let go for several years and I plan to whip them back into shape over
the next few years for the purpose of making grape juice and perhaps
wine (tho I think they are not really wine grapes; they make the best
ever grape juice!). Being able to use the leaves for something edible
in the meantime would be wonderful!
