SC - Have you heard of this book?

Today at work we had a book sale ( they bring these things  in at least once
a month to tempt our money away from us. ) And one of the books caught my
eye,  It was the Encyclopedia of Herbs Spices and Flavorings, Elisabeth
Lambert Ortiz is the editor.
 I was wondering if anyone out there had this and if so is it something you
would recommend?
