Could I get the original and a redaction? I'm putting together a class for 
November 20, and it is on preserving foods both period fashion and modern. 
Any recipes would be appreciated.

As a side note, I will be cleaning up the marzipan recipe and commentary. It 
had originally been written about 4-5 years ago for a demo and was very 
vague. I apologize for not editting it before it went out.
