I can't find the original post to reference this to, but the other day a
gentle posted about a discussion she had with T. Scully that included
reference to a program called TACT from U of Toronto.  I have been searching
for this and corresponding with several of the professors there for a couple
of days now.  Finally I found the info I was looking for.  TACT (Text
Analysis Computing Tools) is available to order from U of Toronto for a
nominal shipping and handling fee (about $3.50, IIRC), or is available to
download from their site.  Site address is:

It takes the equivalent of two floppies.  The book is also available on line
to use as is or to print out.  If you order from them by snail mail the book
is included.
