Yeah. That would be fine, as far as i can tell. That's Vietnamese 
fish sauce. Thai fish sauce is similar. Both much closer to liquamen 
than Chinese oyster sauce (has sugar and other stuff - i don't have a 
bottle on hand to list all other additives)
