SC - Waldorf vs. Watergate Salad

Actually, in our family it's called "That Green Stuff"
The dish was actually named for the Watergate Hotel long before the Nixon 
incident..  We always serve it as a side dish, but many of us wait and eat it 
as a light dessert.

Watergate Salad

1 16 oz. tub frozen whipped topping
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 

Mix all ingredients well and chill.  Do not prepare the pudding mix, just 
toss it in with the other ingredients.
