SC - Wanted: opinions on these 2 cookbooks

What do I want for Christmas? That Really Cool Stove that James and I
saw at the Home Show a while back- six huge gas burners, one of the with
a ring for a wok, grill, hood, two ovens- one conventional and one
convection, with warming drawers underneath. It was only $4000. Stocking
stuffer! Oh- and a nice big kitchen to put it in.

How 'bout just a new kitchen? Some oven mitts? a grater? new measuring
cups and spoons?... (no more pinch-pots from jr. high ceramics classes,
please...)
