Heraldically, jus vert, I'd think. As in:

Avec oeufs vert et jambon vert,
I'd suck up verjuice till it hurt.
No blazon can describe the worth
Of sour pressings called jus vert.

(and you can tell I'm speaking heraldic because I'm mispronouncing French!)
