A few more to add to the list:

Fritters in beer/ale batter (e. g. period apple fritters), funnel
cakes/crisps, diverse boiled and deep-fried noodles, boiled/braised meats,
grilled or poached fish, roast birds, bacon, cured ham, sausage, mustard,
green (herb) sauce, sauteed spinach, grain porridges (e. g. oatmeal),
pease-porridge, bread, butter, boiled and/or poached eggs, clotted cream,
plain fresh fruits such as berries, cherries, apples, pears, etc. (though in
period these were not universally thought to be healthy to eat),
candy-coated seeds, and some kind of simple sugar candies.

Many of these tend to be made a bit differently now than they were in
period, but most or all would be instantly recognized as a familiar kind of
food by anyone who was used to the period version.
