Thank you. Thanksgiving here isn't as big a deal as in the States so
it was just another day off for me. AAMOF I went in to work for part
of the afternoon.

Ummmm since Feast of the Hare was right after it is a vague memory.
IIRC and since there were people in our party that were food sensitive
I had pretty plain fare. Butternut Squash Soup, Turkey with a fresh
Sage and Rice stuffing, Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Brussel
Sprouts, Candied Carrots, Beer Bread & Apple Butter, and for dessert I
made Chocolate Pies complete with a Praline Topping and Shortbread
Cookies (French not Scottish). I served this with a Cdn White and a
Chilean Red. Thats all.
