Most likely. I really haven't investigated it yet, it's just something
I'll get to the next time I have time for this kind of thing. So far all
I've done is to hope the ILL people at NYPL's Astor & Tilden library can
read my mind and would be nice enough to send me a photocopy via express
mail, but for some strange reason it hasn't worked yet ;  ) . I haven't
given up hope yet, but if it doesn't work soon I may have to resort to
other means.

Yeah, it's out there, and there have been enough editions subsequent to
the first issue that I shouldn't have problems with it crumbling in my
hands, as LCC nearly did.
