Grilled steaks, roast pork tenderloin (Platina), macaroni and cheese, some 
wines such as Est! Est! Est!, fried chicken, green salads with vinegar/oil 
dressing, blood pudding, Sauted cabbage, sauted carrots, candied almonds, 
cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, pears, Raisins of Corinth (e.g., Dried 
Currants=Zante Raisins), Feta and Parmesan cheeses, roast chicken/duck/goose 
to name a few.
