SC - My Mom's Waldorf Salad

This dish we definitely serve as a fruit course.
Waldorf Salad

1 large Red Delicious Apple
1 large Golden Delicious Apple
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

Wash apples well and core, but do not peel.  Cut into 1 inch cubes and mix 
with remaining ingredients.  Chill and serve cold.

Note: when I make it, I prefer to use 2 small Gala apples and 1 large Granny 
Smith, dark raisins, pine nuts, and real mayonaise.
