SC - quinces and shopping in Austin

Stefan, (and anyone else who happens to randomly find themselves in
Austin, Tx)

    The place to go for quinces (and seville oranges and crab apples and
rose water and other good things) in Austin is Central Market.  They
usually go on sale at least once in the holiday season.  If you've
somehow missed it...  go!!!!!  The quinces will be in the fruit section
near the other odds and ends like prickly pear fruit.
