White chocolate is not brown. It is white. :-) Using white chocolate with a 
few drops of commercial yellow food coloring (not period but either is 
chocolate in the form it is being served) would provide yolk that tastes of 
chocolate.

Lady Zara of Mountain Confederation makes wonderful chocolate candies in the 
shape of the household cat that are blue and gold. Again chocolate that is 
not brown. 

Documentation, please concerning your statement that all chocolate is 
brown....:-)
