Have you considered Sauterne? French sauternes are made from grapes that are 
left on the vine until they shrivel into raisins. The presence of borytis 
fungus assures they will shrivel and the sugar content is extremely high. 
These shriveled raisin-like grapes are pressed with the resulting must being 
fermented. It takes the grapes from one vine to make a single glass of wine, 
IIRC. The resulting wine is very sweet with a nice balance of acid and body. 
The flavors are very concentrated.
