SC - Middle Low German page

Hello the list!

I think I read (before I deleted the digest) that someone had been to the 
address http://www.uni-giessen.de/~g909 to look at the Middle Low German 
text and been disappointed that it was not also translated into English (if 
I'm wrong, please forgive me).  I've just been to have a look at the page 
and it's utterly beautiful and I want my lord to download the lot for me (ho 
ho).  If you don't add the /mndk.htm part onto the end of the address (which 
you may notice I haven't when I quoted it above) you get a whole pile of 
other cookery books, some with really nice annotations, and a few single 
recipes as well.  The single ones at least have been translated into English 
too.  If you also go to the page marked 'Faksimile', not just the one marked 
'Alte Kochbuecher', you will find a facsimile of a cookery book which the 
owner of the site has just published with translations beside each page, as 
I understand it.  He says he is selling them for DM 78.  I wonder how that 
converts to the Sheqel?  But in any case, I really think it's worth having a 
look at.  The site owner obviously speaks English, so that may help if 
you're looking for something in particular.  But go and have a squiz anyway.
