SC - I need a documentation source

Luckily, I am occasionally consulted  by the instructors at Penn Tech so even 
though their students may receive questionable information about the MA's, 
they also have access to more accurate info. :-) 

I have a unique opportunity this spring if I can  find the way to arrange it 
at my end (read LOA from work) to go on a trip to Nicaragua with one of the 
professor's there tentatively as an aide but in reality to gather what info i 
can about foods that may be carry overs from the original pre-colonial days. 
<sigh> So many opportunities and too few ways. :-)
