Yes, I remember that there were several e-mail
messages from this list talking about dragees. I
think that the mixture of grapes and melons is
documentable. I think that your recipe sounds
visually stunning. I wish I had been there to see it.
It is an interesting juxtaposition of hard and soft
and an interesting mixture of shapes.
