I never said a thing about pathogens, I mentioned bacteria and yeast 
producing unwanted, possibly harmful byproducts.  Someone ELSE mentioned 
pathogens, when the topic of bacteria came up.  Trust me, I know a bit about 
pathogens from personal experience.
