It might be advisable, yes, especially in a SCAdian setting. More often
than not, though, the professional chefs I know are distinctly lean and
mean: the work is physically quite hard, requiring plenty of discipline,
and many of them go and work out at the gym _after_ a 12-hour work day.

I, on the other hand, am rectangular and mean...
