Stefan already has such for cookery books in the Florilegium, albeit not so 
organized.  Many posts collected from the myriad times the request for such 
info is posted here.  (I've asked two seperate times myself.) Perhaps even 
an article, but if so it's not very recent. It might be easiest if some 
informed person (or persons) undertook to double check those files and 
forward them, rather than re-hashing it all here.

We generally like warmed over hash though, don't we? ;-)
