I haven't found this among my written notes and the drive it was on is
completely unrecoverable.  I'll have to see if I can find the source once
more and obtain another copy.  Unfortunately, I don't remember from whence
the recipe came.  

Sorry it has taken so long to respond, but I'm churning through the many
emails which arrived while I was in Chicago.
