Thanks. I really wasn't looking at it that way. I just thought up
a menu at the spur of the moment that I figured would fit the bill
and be a nice balance of tastes and textured. I really did just make
it up as I went along. But it did come out nice.

Now I just need to come up with recipes for the vigil buffet.
