There is one late period Dutch cookbook "Verstandige
Kok" which has been translated into English by Peter
Rose.  It is called "The sensible cook : Dutch
foodways in the Old and New World", published by
Syracuse University Press, in 1989.  ISBN 0815602413. 
It is quite a good book.  If you can't find a copy to
purchase, then it is in quite a few university
libraries.
