I did that. Ugly, cheap chocolate. (The Blow Pops escaped the frenzy.)

My girls are out in garbm veils and all, looking like a couple of
Frankish princesses, and the SCARY part is how beautiful they look. My
son went out in Rotrude's beaded Frankish tunic, with my court cloak and
openwork circlet, looking the heir to the throne. I'm in an old pair of
leggings and a sweatshirt because I was at an event last night as Queen
Carmen, and I'm weary of playing 'dress-up'... But one of my dearest of
friends was elevated into the Order of the Pelican last night and I just
can't stop grinning and yelling 'Malcolm got the bird!'
