I remember a few Portugese recipes being given here, but not many.
Since there were so few, I've put them together with the Spanish recipes
in this file in the FOOD-BY-CULTURES section of my Florilegium:

You really may not have much to pick from unless you do Andelusian.

Are you not limiting yourself to foods that can be eaten finger-food
style? I don't think I've ever been to one of these vigil buffets, so
that's why I'm asking. For instance, are you ruling out soups and
stews and such?
