SC - marocco food

Its really not a primary source, but it seemed reasonable period. I
found it in Cafe Marocco, by Terence Conran, in his new serie, Cafe
Morocco, cafe Vietnam, cafe Brasil.
The recipe in the book was a chicken tajine, but I add the duckbreast
since I had a fresh one.
