Sorry, Brandu, Everclear is 95% alcohol, not 99.5 %. The reason that it it
is 95% alcohol, according to my Chemistry professor, is that, due to the
structure of the ethanol molecule, it must be partially water at any given
moment- it's a matter of the molecules binding and unbinding themselves at
"normal" temperatures, ie +/- 20 degrees C.
