The year before last I had parsley growing in southern Vermont until 
that truely nasty freeze we had in March, it didn't seem to be 
bothered by the snow itself, nut 0 degrees for several dats was too 
much for it, grew back in April, just put it someplace real sunny and 
very sheltered
