as low as you can get, iirc the low setting on my [ick!]
electric range runs at about 145-150 degrees fahrenheit. i
have also made it in a friends pilot-warmed gas oven over
night at just above 110 degrees fahrenheit in the summer.

you really dont want it to burn, it can smell disgusting!
