SC - RECIPES: Orange Cakes from Fettiplace

[HICKS, MELISSA]

The only reference (sans description) I've seen for toaster biscuit referred
to it as Australian.  Since you all on the spot don't know about it, I
therefore stand corrected and must assume the Australian was added by some
marketing bozo for exotic appeal.
