SC - New World Feast/Recipes

Yucatan have always produced bitter small orange fruits, differents from the ones from the Old World. I dont really know about cinammon or pepper.
As I wrote before, the recipes from the Mayas are difficult to translate "literally", since the language is still unknown.
The most recipes are reelaborated from the peasants own traditions. Its difficult to know what exact spices were used.
