Here is my full translation for you, Stefan.


Sic fac fritatem de pomeranciis
(Thus is made [a fried thing] of/from fruit)

Recipe ova percussa,
( Take to oneself eggs {which have been} beaten)

cum pomeranciis ad libitum tuum,
( with fruits to pleasure your) {or to your pleasure or taste}

 et extrahe inde sucum,
(and draw out/extract thence juice)

 et mitte ad illa ova cum zucaro;
(and send to those eggs with sugar)

 post reipe oleum olive,
(after mixing {I'm assuming "reipe" is a misprint of "recipe"} oil of olive)

 vel segimine,
(or rather {if you prefer} {another kind of fat})

 et fac califieri in patella,
( and make heated inside a serving/cooking dish)

 et mitte illa ova intus.
(and send those eggs within)

  Et erit pro ruffianis et leccatricibus
(And it is for redheads {a common euphemism for , um, angry people- ruffian
would come close} and (those who are very active).

In short, although more recent tranlation would have it for ruffians and
harlots, it would actually seem to be a prescription for those of a choleric
temperment, ie very active and tempermental, rather than criminal.
