There is this file in the PERSONA section of my Florilegium, but 
I'm afraid it has more on doing a leper persona in the SCA than
factual info about the real blight.

I do have book on various diseases that has a chapter that has a fair 
amount of info from the medieval time period. If no one mentions this
book by the time I get back from an event this weekend, I'll post the 
details.
