Nope, the best way to cook wild catfish to cook it when it is less than an 
hour out of the water.  Blue Channel catfish from fast running water skinned 
on the water, and fried on the bank , dredged in salted cornmeal, and fried 
in hot lard in a deep cauldron..............delectable
