Now A, my love, you've been busy being a spoon tease all week ;-) Of COURSE
I/we want a recipe. Even if I don't like stuffed bell peppers, I'll often
substitute poblanos or tomatoes for them. Green big tomatoes work rather
well, though the red ones tend to be over-ripe, and fall apart easily.
