SC - spaetzle

I am just back from Burgundy & elsewhere ... sorry for the delay.

I am not aware that there is a book about the history of spaetzle and I
would appreciate the title or some significant words from the title.
Spaetzle seem to be a 'late' dish. Will see if I can dig up something
later.
