Hello ;-)

 I'm opening a new List in order to invite those of you who are interested,
to join us in discussions of Real Food- things that actually were alive and
growing out in our fields and pastures, and soon will be in our kitchens. If
you're interested, please join our List, if not, please forgive me for the
intrusion. Our primary focus will be pre-17th century for hunting,
husbandry, growing and gathering, cooking utensils, whatever, but more
modern techniques will be welcomed also.
